DeWalt Amp Heavy- Duty Orbital 1/4 Inch Sheet Sander with Cloth Dust Bag

Monday, April 12th, 2010

This DeWalt Orbital Sander is the perfect mid-priced sander for home and even commercial use. With a 2,4 Amp motor operating at 14,000 orbits per minute, it has the power and the weight to get small and large jobs both done quickly and efficiently. Perfect for corners or large open areas, the ergonomically-designed top and side hand grips offer an easy feel for applying both strength and and exacting touch. The addition of the dust-catching side bag makes this an incredibly attractively-priced sander from DeWalt, one of the best names in tools. I highly recommend this item for any homeowner who dabbles in wood work and who wants to maintain a clean and easy environment. This has the power and the features to make the sanding chores quick and easy.

Black & Decker Drill Set

Friday, April 2nd, 2010

The Black & Decker Drill Set should have a caveat mentioning this is a very economical set. While there’s not a lot of damage one can do to many of the masonry bits and even the wood screws, this set is ‘perfect’ only for rare or occasional usages. The reason I have posted it here is because of that very reason. So many of us use tools so rarely, expending a bunch of money on a semi-professional set is next to useless. For those of us who put furniture or a bookcase set together once every blue moon, this inexpensive set should do the trick. I just think there is a time and place, sometimes, for what a pro might find unacceptable, but where an occasional user might benefit very much.
